Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Colorado is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily activities and resources for a multifamily property. You will ensure operations align with financial and regulatory requirements while leading staff and vendors to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes leasing, maintenance, safety, and customer service with a 40-hour schedule. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 plus broad PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor/management experience in multi-family ops.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficient in property management software such as Entrata/Yardi or One Site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Lead a team, hire/orient/train new hires, and conduct evaluations.
• Drive revenue through marketing/leasing strategies; manage budgets and reports.
• Interpret market trends and implement improvements; keep tech/tools up to date.
• Enforce lease processes, conduct property tours, and manage owner relations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance standards.
• Handle customer issues and vendor/contractor management.
• Travel locally as needed to support operations.
