Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations of a Denver-area housing community. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines, reporting to the Regional Manager.

As the on-site leader, you will implement marketing plans, ensure resident satisfaction, monitor budgets, and coordinate administration to maintain high service standards and profitability for the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and daily on-site staffing.
• Complete weekly/daily office & maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and charges for timely submission.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
