Job summary

Asset Living in the Denver area seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration & risk management on-site.

As on-site leader, you will hire and train staff, develop annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing laws, and drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, finance, admin & risk management.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor cash flow.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through programs.
