Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site in Colorado. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, and ensure compliance with safety, policies, and fair housing standards.

Strong leadership and budgeting abilities are essential. You will develop annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement marketing plans and resident retention

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Supervise staff, screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site personnel.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and ensure resident satisfaction.
