Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. On-site lead responsible for personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will supervise staff, develop budgets, manage leasing and marketing plans, monitor payments and vendor invoices, and coordinate emergencies with the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Ability to understand and manage all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure leasing, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Implement marketing plans to optimize leasing and resident retention.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of service.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years experience

CAM/ARM certification preferred
