Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to lead all on-site operations at a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financials, while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finance.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing guidelines and safety standards.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor revenue, deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies and resident retention programs.
• Ensure property emergencies are managed promptly and staff performance is monitored.
