Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property operations leader to manage the day-to-day functions of a 250-unit midrise community in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the onsite team, optimize budget performance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company standards.

Key duties include budgeting, rent optimization, vendor management, leasing enforcement, inspections, and staff development to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Oversee leasing and enforcement processes, including inspections.
• Monitor market trends and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance.
