You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring compliance with all housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property and its team.
• Meet budgeted financial and operational goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with owners and vendors; prepare financial reports.
