Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential property. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, ensure leasing targets are met, and uphold standards for safety, appearance, and compliance with housing laws.

The role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate maintenance and vendor relations while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage relationships with contractors and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee cash handling.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, renewals, and notices per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
