Job summary

Greystar’s NOVEL Blandtown property in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations and a team, ensuring budgeted performance and strong resident relations. You’ll manage leasing, marketing, and service standards while coordinating with owners to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, excellent communication, and leadership abilities, with a focus on regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Review invoices and manage payments to vendors and contractors.
• Supervise property staff and provide coaching and training.
• Lead leasing, marketing and occupancy strategies to boost performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Communicate with owners and provide updates on property performance.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
