Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community, leading the onsite team to achieve budgeted goals. The role involves budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will drive marketing and leasing strategies, supervise staff, and coordinate with owners to report performance and address resident needs. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to lead and collaborate.

Aufgaben

• Manages day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Monitors rent collection, postings, and monthly financial status reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and ensures insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and maintains petty cash balance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and late fees.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing/lease strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensures maintenance staff comply with standards and safety/appearance requirements.
• Supervises staff hiring, training, and performance; supports owner relationships.
• Completes accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties.
