Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• Lead Board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up
• Manage association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
• Review financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and capital projects
• Manage compliance, collections, and risk awareness
• Conduct site inspections and maintain community standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

Full‑time Role

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000

Work Environment: This is a highly interactive, relationship‑driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio is required.

Requirements

• Direct HOA / Community Management experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
• Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
• Organized, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset
• Industry certifications/licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
• Drug and background screening required
