Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Community Manager (Portfolio) to own a portfolio from day one, serving Boards and homeowners with confidence. You will lead Board meetings, oversee association operations, review budgets, and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Manage association operations in line with governing documents and management agreements.
  • Review financials and budgets, provide insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee vendors, contracts, and capital projects.
  • Manage compliance, collections, and risk awareness.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain community standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Client Shared Service Center.

We're seeking a proven Community Manager (Portfolio) who brings direct HOA/community management experience and can confidently lead a portfolio of associations from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Community Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
  • Leading Board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up

Preferred:

  • Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
Work Environment

This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You'll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
