Qualifications

• LIHTC and Section 8 rent subsidies familiarity.
• Property management knowledge with basic accounting.
• Two years of college or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Minimum two years in property management with leasing and resident services.
• Concord Management experience preferred.
• English proficiency for safety and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Lease and market to prospective residents.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate terms to residents.
• Track income docs for rent adjustment and compliance.
• Process move-ins: documentation, signatures, orientation.
• Collect rents, post payments, issue late notices, plan payments.
• Inspect vacated units and handle deposits.
• Generate reports on rent, delinquency, service requests, moves.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Respond to resident complaints and resolve issues.
• Support resident activities and community events.
• Work evenings/weekends as needed.
