ConcordRENTS is seeking a property management professional in Florida to drive leasing, marketing, and resident services across communities. You will manage renewals, track occupancy and financials, and ensure strong resident relations from application through move-in and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in property management, knowledge of LIHTC/Section 8, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and basic accounting.

Formación

• LIHTC and Section 8 rent subsidy knowledge.
• Two years in property management or leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
• Process lease renewals and documentations with accuracy.
• Track and report income, delinquencies, and occupancy metrics.
• Collect rents, issue notices, and set up payment plans as needed.
• Inspect apartments on vacancy and manage move-in/move-out processes.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance and support teams.
