Qualifications

• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of business.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and respond to prospective resident inquiries.
• Schedule tours and present floorplans and community features.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs and promotions.
• Process applications and coordinate with café teams on documents.
• Support resident retention efforts and renewals.
• Inspect units before move-in and address issues per policy.
