Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 rent subsidies.
• Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in property management and leasing.
• Concord Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to local businesses and prospective residents, with marketing reporting.
• Conduct move-in orientation and renewals at the correct rate.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies, leases and maintenance.
• Process on-site rent payments and address damages and policy violations.
• Propose rent or security deposit increases as market conditions allow.
• Collaborate with PHA/VRD teams to increase voucher holders.
• Create purchase orders and verify goods in the system.
• Respond to resident inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vacant units for condition and deposit disposition.
• Represent the organization and provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.
