Job summary

ConcordRENTS is a distinguished leader in delivering a quality, customer–centric property management experience across affordable and market–rate multifamily communities throughout Florida.

We seek a team member to lease, market and support residents, generate reports, process payments, and ensure occupancy targets. Strong LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge and Yardi Voyager experience are preferred; two years of PM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 subsidies.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Minimum two years in property management with leasing and resident services.
• Concord Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to local businesses and prospective residents.
• Conduct move-in orientations and renew leases.
• Generate reports on rent payments, delinquencies, and occupancy.
• Process on-site rent payments and address damages and policy issues.
• Collaborate to increase voucher holders with PHA/VRD.
• Complete admin tasks and scheduling, including month-end checks.
