Job summary

ConcordRENTS - Concord Management is seeking a dedicated property management professional to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident services across Florida communities. You will manage rent collections, renewals, and reporting while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and local businesses.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and the use of industry tools like Yardi Voyager. Development of community relations, handling inspections, and supporting voucher programs are key

Qualifications

• LIHTC and Section 8 knowledge.
• Experience in property management and resident services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Education equivalent to two years of college or certs.
• Concord Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to local residents and businesses, complete required marketing reporting.
• Conduct move-in orientations and renewals.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments and delinquencies.
• Handle on-site rent collection and communicate with residents about concerns.
• Assist with budgeted rent/deposit adjustments as allowed by policy.
• Collaborate with teams to improve voucher holder occupancy and retention.
• Create purchase orders and verify goods in the system.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues.
• Inspect units upon vacancy and document deposits/charges.
