The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and administrative objectives while traveling to communities within a regional portfolio to meet occupancy and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing tasks for apartments, including preparing the property for business and making adjustments as needed.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options and discuss move-in costs, promotions, and rents with applicants.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and monitor competitor offerings for better positioning.
• Represent the organization with residents and prospective residents, delivering exceptional service.
• Initiate outreach marketing to local businesses and coordinate with Café application teams as needed.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure Concord standards are met.
• Process leases and related documents with accuracy and timely deposits.
• Support renewal activities and manage move-out processes per policy.
