Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing operations at a property in St. Joseph, IL. You will drive occupancy, manage the leasing team, and implement marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.

The role requires ownership of leasing performance, coaching staff, and partnering with the Property Manager to align leasing with financial goals. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance (occupancy, traffic, revenue).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience hiring, training and evaluating team members.
• Ability to translate performance data into leasing/marketing actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff—set schedules, coach, and drive accountability.
• Participate in hiring decisions and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop and own leasing strategy to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze data and adjust pricing, promotions, and outreach accordingly.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure brand-aligned execution.
• Ensure daily leasing operations comply with policies and reporting.
