Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market, lease and manage resident relations at a Missouri property. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries and apply sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and the ability to work a varied schedule, including some overtime and weekend rotation. This is a full-time on-site position in Chesterfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED or related experience
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred
• Able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed
• Strong communication to explain apartment features and respond to objections
• Proficient in using internet for marketing, advertising and sales activities
