Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead the onsite leasing team, shape pricing and outreach initiatives, and drive occupancy and revenue goals for the property. You will supervise Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, guiding performance and processes across leasing operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in leasing leadership, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on resident experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of leasing teams and daily supervision of onsite staff.
• Develop and execute leasing/marketing strategies to hit occupancy targets.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust plans accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee leasing staff and schedules.
• Coach and develop team performance and accountability.
• Participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Lead onboarding and training of leasing staff.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity and customer experience.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and leasing activities.
• Ensure daily leasing operations comply with policies.
