Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to serve as the on-site business leader for a student housing community. You will drive property performance, leasing, resident experience, and team development while partnering with vendors and university stakeholders.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, and operations, ensuring strong financial controls, timely reporting, and a best-in-class resident experience through proactive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, preferably within student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries.
• Experience leading teams, managing operations, and driving property performance.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day property operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Own the property-level budget, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Lead leasing, marketing, resident experience, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, university representatives, vendors, and internal partners.
• Coach and develop on-site team; manage staffing, coverage, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor operational risks and lead capital improvement planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
