Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Senior Community Leasing Manager to drive leasing performance across primary and sister communities. You will lead leasing strategy, pricing, marketing initiatives, and team performance to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will oversee leasing operations, coaching staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and superior resident experience. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance, occupancy, traffic conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence team performance to achieve goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience participating in hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Experience with property management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own leasing performance outcomes, including occupancy, traffic conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies with independent pricing and outreach decisions.
• Analyze leasing trends and data to adjust strategies and drive results.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to align leasing strategy with property and financial goals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and outreach to support leasing objectives.
• Ensure operations, compliance, and reporting align with company standards.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and special projects; oversee leasing staff performance.
