Core Spaces is seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing teams and drive occupancy, conversions, and revenue for a student housing community. You will guide Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, implement leasing strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize resident experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach staff to meet goals.
• Experience participating in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing staff and oversee day-to-day leasing operations.
• Own leasing performance outcomes including occupancy, traffic, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies with independent judgment.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and events aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
