Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations, supervise daily leasing office activities, and assist with events under the guidance of the Community Leasing Manager. Responsibilities include tours, follow-ups, and reporting, with opportunities to lead outreach efforts.

The role requires experience in sales or property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and common OS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or in property management is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are expected.
• Proficiency with Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents through emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in-house events and outreach marketing coordination.
• Support leasing office operations and staff as needed.
