Core Spaces in Champaign, IL is seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead the onsite leasing team, drive occupancy, and implement pricing and outreach strategies for the property. You will coach Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, manage performance, and partner with the Property Manager to align goals.

This role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and offers competitive pay, generous PTO, paid holidays, and a discretionary quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college degree preferred but not required.
• 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance and occupancy.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee leasing staff and schedules.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring decisions and onboarding.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting.
