Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in St. Louis to market, show and lease apartments while delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with residents and prospects.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm with a weekend rotation. You will respond to internet leads, conduct property tours, apply established sales and marketing strategies, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the property to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
• Customer service and sales aptitude and/or experience.
• Ability to work your scheduled hours consistently as well as overtime when necessary.
• Communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment home features, respond to objections and answer questions.
• Proficient customer service, interpersonal and follow-up skills for effective interaction with residents, prospects, employees, and other business contacts.
• Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.
• Proficient and fluent use of internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lasting customer service relationships with current and potential residents
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to drive property traffic, conversion ratios and retention goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer needs
