Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Senior Community Leasing Manager to drive leasing performance across its communities. You will lead Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, set pricing and outreach strategies, and align leasing with property goals.

The role requires 4+ years in property management, strong data analysis, and experience hiring and coaching teams. The position may involve evenings and weekends to meet business needs, with a focus on occupancy growth, revenue, and exceptional resident

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong track record of driving leasing performance (occupancy, traffic, revenue).
• Experience hiring, training, and evaluating team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee leasing staff and schedules.
• Coach and guide staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Participate in hiring decisions and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure consistency of leasing standards across communities.
• Lead training and onboarding of leasing staff.
• Monitor metrics and drive occupancy, conversion, and revenue.
