Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and assist in marketing events and campaigns. You will manage guest cards, lead follow-up, and maintain accurate activity logs while supporting move-in activities and office operations.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset; 15 hours per week with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, and schedule tours.
• Maintain detailed activity logs in resident accounts.
• Assist with on- and off-campus marketing events and social media.
• Help with move-in activities and office operations as needed.
