Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and deliver excellent resident experiences.

You will assist with marketing, events, and communications, while meeting sales targets set by the Community Manager. Availability includes 15–20 hours per week, evenings and weekends. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred pursuit of a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and resident services preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and addendums; communicate details to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales per V.I.B.E.S. guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, follow up on leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns using the property management software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in Residence Life activities.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns and escalate to the manager as needed.
