The Leasing & Marketing role emphasizes building rapport with residents, meeting occupancy targets, and addressing service requests promptly while leveraging Yardi Voyager and other tools. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• LIHTC and Section 8 knowledge is required.
• Experience in property management and leasing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing to local businesses and prospective residents; complete marketing logs and reporting.
• Conduct move-in orientation and renewals at the correct rate.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies, leases, service requests, move-ins/outs, compliance, and maintenance.
• Process on-site rent payments and address damages and policy violations.
• Propose rent or security deposit increases as market conditions allow.
• Collaborate with PHA and VRD to increase voucher holders.
• Create purchase orders and verify receipts in the system.
• Respond to resident inquiries and ensure satisfaction of concerns.
• Inspect vacated units for deposits/refunds and document results.
• Assist with resident activities and events.
• Represent the organization to residents and prospects with exceptional service.
• Complete Month End and Procure to Pay tasks and upload documents.
• Work schedule may include evenings and weekends.
