Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Property Manager to lead leasing, marketing and resident services across our Florida communities. You will develop marketing logs, renew leases, review reports on rent payments and delinquencies, and drive occupancy with strong customer service.

Qualified candidates have LIHTC knowledge, experience with Yardi Voyager, and at least two years in property management. This role requires proactive communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 rent subsidies.
• Experience in property management and leasing.
• Strong customer service and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to residents and local businesses; complete marketing reports.
• Conduct move-in orientations and renewals.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies, leases, and service requests.
• Process on-site rent payments; address damages and fines as needed.
• Propose rent or deposit increases as market conditions allow.
• Collaborate with PH A team and VRD to increase voucher holders.
• Create purchase orders and verify goods received.
• Respond to resident inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vacated units for deposits and damages.
• Support resident activities and events.
• Represent the organization to residents and maintain service levels.
• Complete Month End and Procure to Pay checklists; upload documents.
• Schedule may include evenings and weekends.
