This position focuses on leasing, marketing, resident services, and efficient operations to achieve occupancy and high service standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 subsidies.
• Property management experience and familiarity with Yardi Voyager software.
• Education equivalent to two years of college or industry certification.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication abilities.
• Minimum two years in property management with leasing and resident services.
• Concord Management experience preferred and demonstrated problem resolution.
• Excellent customer service history and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to local businesses and prospective residents.
• Conduct move-in orientation and renew leases in a timely manner.
• Generate reports to track rent payments, delinquencies and leases.
• Process on-site rent payments and enforce policies and fees.
• Collaborate with teams to increase occupancy and retention.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage document center uploads.
• Support resident events and maintain service quality.
