Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, promote the community at events, and contribute to meeting sales goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires effective communication, deadline discipline, and strong time management, with duties spanning resident interactions, marketing activities, and property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Strong organization, reliability, and time management; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist in closing sales per guidelines.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Handle daily operations: open/close checklists, respond to inquiries, log maintenance requests, and enforce policies.
• Maintain detailed records and escalate resident concerns to the appropriate manager.
