Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts on-site. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, promote the community on social media, and assist in planning events and campaigns while meeting sales goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You must communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently, supporting daily operations and Turn-related activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and enhance resident experience to maximize occupancy.
• Communicate housing contracts and addendums clearly to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and close sales in line with training guidelines.
• Promote the community via social media and assist with email/text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs; represent Landmark professionally.
• Maintain logs, respond to inquiries, enforce policies per Housing Contracts, and support turnover activities.
