Job summary

Landmark Properties in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Community Ambassador to welcome prospective and current residents, guide tours, and help maximize occupancy year over year. You will support leasing, marketing, and the resident experience with a flexible schedule of 15–20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

You will use our property management tools to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and assist with community events and social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be dependable and have self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.
• Must be available 15–20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and conduct tours to generate leads.
• Assist in planning and promoting community events and social media campaigns.
• Respond to internet and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain logs and documentation for resident accounts and inquiries.
