Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.
• Basic understanding of property management workflows.
• Familiarity with resident records and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations under the Community Manager.
• Prepare and file work orders, coordinate maintenance repairs.
• Assist in resident move-in/out and unit inspections.
• Process applications, maintain wait lists, ensure policy compliance.
• Collect rent, handle deposits, and manage office communications.
• Maintain resident files and prepare project status reports.
• Promote professionalism and inclusivity in housing operations.
