Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of housing projects serving low-income families, seniors, and other eligible residents in Hayward, CA.

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• General understanding of preventive and ongoing apartment maintenance.
• Experience with HUD or CTCAC properties is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Orders office supplies.
• Schedules maintenance repairs and files completed work orders.
• Assists in resident move-in/out procedures and unit inspections.
• Maintains wait list and processes applications per EHMI policies.
• Collects rent and handles daily bank deposits.
• Answers telephone and manages office interactions.
• Prepares project status reports and maintains organized files.
• Represents project professionally to residents and the community.
