Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in operating and maintaining housing facilities for eligible residents. You will help manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate maintenance, and assist with resident move-ins and paperwork.

The role requires clerical experience, basic accounting, and a customer-focused approach to ensure compliance and smooth operations across EHMI properties.

Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General understanding of office procedures and maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities of housing projects.
• Process applications and maintain resident records.
• Collect rent and handle basic accounting tasks.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance repairs and work orders.
• Assist residents with move-in/out procedures and inspections.
