Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper for our apartment community. The role involves daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and preparing vacant units for move-in under supervision of the Community Manager.

You should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; a Bachelor's degree or housing industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Handle make-ready cleaning for vacant units under Community Manager supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, amenities, and other community spaces.
• Enforce community policies and ensure safety and presentation standards are met.
• Support customer and resident relations to project a positive image of the community.
