Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public areas, grounds, and make-ready units. You will support daily operations under the Community Manager and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with Bachelor’s preferred or housing-industry experience. Basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements are helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Perform make-ready cleaning of vacant units.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices and amenities and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Follow Asset key policy and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Use resources and supplies efficiently and enforce community policies as directed.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and attend to service requests.
