Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will also be responsible for the cleaning and make-ready process in coordination with the Community Manager before move-in.

duties include daily on-site cleaning, trash removal, and preparing vacant units; you will respond to resident requests, enforce policies, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure make-ready standards are met.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain daily upkeep of offices, amenities, and community spaces.
• Enforce community policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the property.
