Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to clean the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily, and to perform make-ready work for vacant units under the Community Manager's supervision.

The role requires on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and adherence to Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with emphasis on customer relations and timely service for residents and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment community public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident and management requests and service requests promptly.
• Enforce policies of the community and report violations to the Community Manager.
