Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community's public areas, offices, and make-ready units. This on-site role requires daily cleaning, timely response to work orders, and a focus on resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of basic safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and assist with make-ready processes.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Uphold Asset Living policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
