Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Housekeeper for our apartment community. You will clean public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and prepare vacant units for move-in under the Community Manager's supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular onsite attendance and strong resident relations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure readiness of make-ready units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain clean offices and amenities and monitor cleanliness of community spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
• Adhere to Asset key policy and report violations to the Community Manager.
