Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public areas, grounds, and make-ready units under the Community Manager’s supervision. The role includes daily onsite work, strong attention to detail, and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and awareness of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The position offers benefits and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and maintenance of common areas.
• Regular daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Clean and maintain offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Follow Asset key policy and report policy violations to the Community Manager.
