Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes cleaning, make-ready work for vacant units, and timely response to resident requests.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing experience) and basic computer skills. Must follow Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; on-site work with a safety-sensitive environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year’s housing experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and make-ready work.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Enforce community policies and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
