Job summary

Asset Living seeks a meticulous Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public areas and make-ready units. You will perform daily cleaning, assist with on-site operations, and support resident relations under the Community Manager's guidance.

Role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or 1 year housing experience) and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean daily the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Handle make-ready process for vacant units under Community Manager supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain office, amenities, and common areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow Asset key policy and enforce community rules and regulations as directed.
• Assist in reporting violations and support ongoing safety and cleanliness initiatives.
